At E Group BD, I developed a comprehensive internal task management system aimed at enhancing team collaboration, streamlining communication, and improving project workflow efficiency across the organization. My role focused on designing and implementing the backend architecture using ASP.NET, ensuring a robust, scalable, and secure system capable of supporting multiple user roles and departments simultaneously.

Key responsibilities and achievements include:

• Backend Development: Built RESTful APIs with ASP.NET, handling task creation, assignment, updates, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Authentication & Authorization: Implemented secure role based access control for different user levels, ensuring sensitive internal data remained protected.
• Real-time Collaboration: Developed real time notification features for task updates, deadlines, and team communication, reducing response times and improving workflow visibility.
• Task Progress Management: Enabled dynamic task status tracking and automated alerts for pending or overdue tasks, helping managers monitor productivity effectively.
